The guidebooks take into account the experiences developing and sponsoring youth step teams in the Nashville area and the sponsorship of the Music City Step Fest youth step show. Additionally the authors take into account experiences working with youth coaches and step show planning committees. Over the past 2 years the NSSA has worked nationally youth step team coaches and committee chairs of step show events, both youth and Greek events.
